My order is missing some items, what is going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I want to change my delivery address. is it possible ?
If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible on our "Contact Us" page. We may still be able to make the change. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to do anything.
I want to cancel my order, is it possible ?
Yes, you have 3 hours from the moment your order was placed. Just send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and refund 100% of the amount.

Yes absolutely, the mattress is included with the bag and fits perfectly in the changing bed

I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time.
